Started with a white canvas

Dropped a photo of a boy standing in front of a building on the second layer.

I used the transform option to but the picture where I wanted it

I made my third layer by pasting the gear background

I made it bigger with the transform tool and changed the opacity

I added text and made it stick out with drop shadows and a slight bend

I added the UCET logo
