1. Created my page using the specified dimensions

2. Pasted the Utah State logo on to the page and filled

the background the gray color on the logo with the eye

dropper tool

3. Added text, spaced it, colored it to match the U logo

4. Spaced everything

5. Added drop text

6. Pasted the image of Old Main into the image and put

the layer on the bottom

7. Duplicated my original background layer and played

with the opacity so the Old Main image would show 

through a little

Note: I made the Old Main picture look like a drawing 

before adding it to the image.
